Every part of you is welcome. Growth begins here.
Offering online and in-person therapy for individuals and couples in California.
About Me
Hi, I’m Sophie, a therapist based in San Francisco offering individual and couples therapy across California. I believe deeply in the transformative power of human connection, and I help people feel more grounded, emotionally aware, and connected in their relationships and daily lives.
Before becoming a therapist, I worked in tech, which gives me a unique lens into the pressures of high-achieving environments. I understand how burnout, imposter syndrome, and emotional disconnection can quietly build—even when everything looks “fine” on the outside. I specialize in supporting individuals navigating stress, identity, and the desire to feel more authentic and at ease.
I also specialize in working with couples who feel stuck in painful patterns, longing for clarity, closeness, and repair. I help partners move from disconnection to deeper understanding, so they can turn toward each other with more honesty, empathy, and care.
My approach is culturally responsive, client-centered, and trauma-aware. I’m committed to creating a non-judgmental, shame-free space where you can explore your thoughts and feelings freely. Whether you're seeking individual support or working through relationship challenges, I’ll meet you with curiosity, compassion, and deep respect for your inner and outer worlds.

Client-Centered
I see therapy as a partnership—you bring your lived experience and truth; I bring curiosity, compassion, and the skills to help you grow.
Research-Informed & Results-Oriented
I blend evidence-based methods with a grounded, human approach to help you understand your patterns and create meaningful, lasting change.
Relational
My approach is deeply relational, rooted in the power of being seen, understood, and supported by another human.
At my practice, therapy is a space for true growth and real change, not just problem-solving. I believe healing begins when you feel safe enough to show up as your full, authentic self — messy, complex, brilliant, and human. Whether you're feeling disconnected in your relationship, overwhelmed by the demands of your career, or seeking clarity around who you are, I’m here to walk alongside you. Together, we’ll explore what’s underneath the surface while also building practical tools to help you navigate life with more intention, connection, and ease.
Wholeness begins with being seen. You are always enough, and never too much.
