Every part of you is welcome. Growth begins here.
The process is just as important as the progress.
Client-Centered
I see therapy as a partnership—you bring your lived experience and truth; I bring curiosity, compassion, and the skills to help you grow.
Trauma-Informed
I hold space with care and intention. I prioritize safety, choice, and a deep respect for your nervous system and lived experience
Relational
My approach is deeply relational, rooted in the power of being seen, understood, and supported by another human.
About Me
I’m Sophie, a therapist who believes deeply in the transformative power of human connection. I’m passionate about understanding the complexities of the mind and how emotional well-being shapes every aspect of our lives — from our relationships, to our work, to the quiet ways we experience ourselves.
Before becoming a therapist, I worked in tech, which gives me a unique lens into the pressures of high-achieving environments. I understand how burnout, imposter syndrome, and emotional disconnection can quietly build, even when everything looks “fine” on the outside. My work is especially attuned to supporting individuals in tech who are navigating stress, identity, and the desire to feel more grounded and authentic.
I also specialize in working with couples who feel stuck in painful patterns, longing for clarity, closeness, and repair. I help partners move from disconnection to deeper understanding, so they can turn toward each other with more honesty, empathy, and care.
My approach is grounded in cultural responsiveness, trauma-informed care, and a client-centered philosophy. One of my core values is creating a non-judgmental, shame-free space where you can explore your thoughts and feelings freely. Whether you’re seeking individual support or working through challenges in your relationship, I’m here to walk alongside you with curiosity, compassion, and respect for your inner and outer worlds.

At my practice, therapy is a space for true growth and real change, not just problem-solving. I believe healing begins when you feel safe enough to show up as your full, authentic self — messy, complex, brilliant, and human. Whether you're feeling disconnected in your relationship, overwhelmed by the demands of your career, or seeking clarity around who you are, I’m here to walk alongside you. Together, we’ll explore what’s underneath the surface while also building practical tools to help you navigate life with more intention, connection, and ease.
Wholeness begins with being seen. You are always enough, and never too much.
